You are invited to participate!

We are looking for wonderful food vendors to make LumaFest a success. We invite you to participate in our LumaFest open house and educational fair.

Our goal is to provide LumaFest attendees quality, affordable, and diverse food options.  

Food Vendor Requirements

Food trucks and food vendors must be fully licensed and permitted to operate in Sonoma County. 

Food trucks must provide insurance paperwork in order to participate with us. 

Food trucks and food vendors may start to arrive by 9:30 am. You must be in place no later than 10:30am, ready to operate by 11am, and remain in operation until 3 pm.

Any electrical or power needs must be communicated and approved in advance and the request included in your application. Power outlets are extremely limited. We recommend you bring a generator. 

Fees

There is no fee for a LumaFest vendor this year. 

Deadlines

The registration deadline for food trucks is October 11th. Required paperwork takes a bit longer for processing and approval.
